Loch Ness – Most adventurous place in Scotland
Loch Ness stretches 23 miles southwest from Inverness to Fort Augustus and the Caledonian Canal that connects it to Loch Oich.
Main reason of the fame of Loch Ness is the Nessie the monster. Although its not authenticated whether any such creature ever existed or not but stories of ‘Nessie’ do exist all around that area since it was claimed to be spotted at first in 1930’s. Apart from fairy tales what we got about the monster’s proof is a published photograph in 1934 showing a long-necked creature swimming in the Loch. But the charm and attraction or rather craze for Nessie brings thousands of tourist to Loch Ness every year. Due to Nessie (The Monster) its main attraction it’s also known as Nessieland.
Beautiful forest along both shores sides adds to the glamour and beauty of the area. Historic Urquhart Castle is another tourist attraction situated on the northwest bank area. Apart from what nature has abundantly provided to this land there are so many other attractions of the spot including the Nessieland Caves, mini golf, play park, forest walks to Loch Ness Viewpoint, Nessie Rover adventure, Nessie’s Model Railway. There are also Nessie’s Gift Shop to buy gifts for your loved ones on return. And Nessie’s Cafe that will make you enjoy your stay even more. And for leisure and stay there are Loch Ness Lodge Hotel and Pibroch Bar & Bistro.
I would say you can’t find a better place to have so much adventure and fun at the same time. There is so much more to know about Loch Ness . Adventure, beauty, nature and a fairy tale environment combined together makes it and unforgettable tour to Loch Ness.http://www.ladla.net/travel-places/loch-ness-most-adventurous-place-in-scotland/http://i2.wp.com/www.ladla.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/loch-ness.jpg?fit=600%2C400http://i2.wp.com/www.ladla.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/loch-ness.jpg?resize=150%2C150Travel Placesloch ness, loch ness attraction, nessie, nessieland, travel to loch ness
